The downloadable Version of Dungeon Odyssey is now available. If any one else is planning to order it today (as I did) make sure that you do not stop the download, and close the download page and reopen it once you have gone to the page. Any second visit to the download page will say that you downloaded the file even though you may have not.

This happened to me, and I have made a support request to get it resolved. No response yet but I hope soon...

Anyone here used the Customer Support for Shapnel, and if so what is their usual turn-around time. I am pretty patient, but just curious, as I really want to download the game..

Downloaded fine for me this time. I orginally was using Netscape 7, and it wanted to download the cgi file when clicking on the link , Once support reset the counter, I used IE, and it downloaded the zip file with no trouble.

Keep in mind that if you lose the connection and try again, you will not be able to download the file until you contact support and they reset your download counter.

I got it in less than an hour. If you haven't gotten it after a full day you might want to email Support.

You can get the download anytime you like, but if it fails you have to get us to set it back up.

The best time to download that big a file is after peak time (after 8pm but before 6 am Est).
