Crusader Kings manual?

I see that a Mark H. Walker helped with the Crusader Kings manual....is that the same Mr. Walker that did this game?

My guess would be "yes." Mark has a successful career as a freelance writer. Among many other things, he writes Users manuals, including several for Shrapnel's titles.
