How do I go to the ship market?

In the advertisement for Interstellar Trader 2, it is noted that I can buy new ships in the ship market and get thousands of combinations. How do I do this other than at the beginning?

It's in the city screen, in the Shipyard. Look at the bottom of the screen on the Shipyard screen. The ship is rotated out and a new ship is generated for your purchase consideration every 7 turns (fiscal year end).
