I've just downloaded the demo, but when I try to run it, all I get is the Blue Screen of Death™.
Is this a known problem? Any way to fix it?

What are, I mean was, your system specifications?
Normally when you get a BSOD after installing a game or program its because your drives are way out of date. In this case it could have been caused by Direct X drivers being out dated.
What OS are you using?
Ram?
HD Size?
Graphics Card & memory
Sound Card
etc

It would seem your problem is that you're using WinMe. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif
Seriously, if your directX is up to date then I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe someone who has WinMe and can Star Fury fine could help out by posting their information. Also, be sure to e-mail MM about your problem too...

Update all of your divers, and I do mean all of them. Especially your Direct X and GeForce card. Also do the same for your soundbLaster.
I would also send your specs and a detailed description of what happened to Malfador. Aaron is very good at using this kind of information to make his games better.
