The posting times in both threads are different though.

Guess they are just playing games with our heads http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/confused.gif

There's a somewhat different thread in the runesword forum.. the dungeon odyssey forum doesn't have one though..

Is the "C" in CRPG supposed to stand for "Computer-based"?

Yes it does. To be precise, CRPG = ComputerRolePlayingGame. This is the first time I see CRPG and I looked over the net for the meaning. I prefer to simply call them rpg.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">lol, I know a few people like that http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
They'd take the time to build 3-d landscapes for their figures to run around in and blow each other up, and their games would take FOREVER to set up and run. Me, I'm too lazy for that, so I'll stick with the CRPG-age http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

Why build models? Imagination works better and is faster

Suicide Junkie

Well, ISTM that imagination is hard to show other people, in particular, the people you're RPing with.
