I need some help.I am on the first campaign, I'm to the point where I need to destroy the Mogal starbase well I did that some time before my terran contact told me to do so.I went ahead and looked in that system still no starbase I did some hunting then went where I was told to and, my contact dos'nt responed. Do I need to restart or is there something else I can do.Should'nt let my greed get the best of me.

Hmm, I think you'll need to restart the game at the point before the destroyed the starbase if you want that mission to succeed (if possible), however, you might just want to go on to the next mission if you haven't screwed up too many and if the game lets you (i.e. time limit for your the starbase mission?)

You should report this "issue" to Aaron, so at least the game could give you a mission complete or come up with some alternative mission instead.

You need to bypass the mongol starbase mission? Ok..

Load the save game with the problem, then type

`TRIGGEREVENT Event General Haynes 8 Start C`

EXACTLY like that, including the ` on each end.
Its a bit of a mouthful, but what this does in enable the next mission manually. You then need to go to the terran contact.

EDIT: note that you MUST go to the pledies starbase for this to work, or you won't get to go to the next campaign.

type: ~TRIGGEREVENT Event General Haynes 8 Start C~

That has the same effect as completing the job.

If the tilde (~) doesn't get you into cheat mode, try another key. I have also heard that ', ´, or ` work for some people. For my german keyboard ö does the trick http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif .
