There is a new map overview screenie on the shrapnel's site.

http://www.shrapnelgames.com/illwinter/d2/map_jotunheim.jpg

As I see there are wider red lines, among the mountains.
This means that we cannot attack from Nern - Dragon Ridge, because of the mountains? That would be awesome, strategically.
Another question. If we draw a special province border [such as a double sized line], we won't be able to enter from one province to an other than. This will be possible? I hope so.

Yes, in Dom1 the larger red lines are "impassable" borders. Even flying units cannot cross them. Even dominion (candles) cannot extend across those lines. Think of a huge mountain chain.
cheers

BTW Shrapnel guys there's a "bug" in the icons on the Product Overview page : the game has a "01" one-player game only icon, it should have 17 ! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

And your forum clock is weird it seems : it indicates 9. when its 11 GMT, that's Atlantis time ? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

PDF : its in zulu time. How, and I just realized that you were not a worshipper of Adobe Acrobat, Pascal http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

the impassable provinces can be scripted to your liking in dominions. Having a double red line is just a convenience but you can draw whatever symbol you prefer.

I thought that Zulu was GMT = English time, and the Shrapnel clock is 1 hour off early... And IIRC in the previous forum it was like that.
So :confused; ?

zulu is the hour from the sun, GMT already has a one hour shift (I think) compared to zulu. As in France we have a +1 shift compared to GMT, then it amounts to +2.

So you posted at 12:40 french time, marked as 10:40 zulu time.

A side note about the map: there's a handy map filter that can be turned on called "Show Neighbors". When you activate that, faint arrows appear, showing you how the current province can be exited. If you have a specific commander selected, it shows you their possible movement options. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon6.gif

Pocus, actualy, no.
Dom I shows movement of a single commander, Dom II can show that and where you can move with the commanders.
