Scrolling the Map

Is my computer broken, or can you no longer scroll the map with the mouse? I can scroll with arrow keys, but it would be convenient to autoscroll when the cursor hits the screen edge, or when right clicking on a province like in Dom I. Has anyone else had problems scrolling?

Hold down mid button or scroll wheel then move the mouse. Or use the arrow keys.
