There is no one place so you will have to break that down alittle more specific.

I am trying to edit maps. So I want to know the names of all the items not listed in the book, as well as all the magical places. I thought there would be a file within DOM 2 that would list those things.

There is at least one free Excel file reader somewhere on the Internet. A Google search should find it for you.
