Guess they don't want my money. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif I tried to order and it said:

We could not process your payment due to the following error:


If you believe this is an error, please contact Customer Support. Otherwise, change your payment information and try again.
<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">As you can see, there was no error given: only blank space. "Customer Support" was a link. I clicked it and got an error: "The page cannot be found". Anyone know of another way to order or is my money just not good here? Any way to contact customer support that actually works?

to enter a customer support request so we can help find the solution. Please don't use your registered account user name and password to log in to customer support. In order to protect your private information in your account, customer support is not linked to that database.

Meanwhile, the most basic thing to check is that cookies are on enabled on your system. Please verify that they are, meet me in the customer support center and we will look for other possible causes.
