What can be wrong with my map?

What the hell can be wrong with the bitmap I've created? I've draw a map, borders, white dots for provinces... and crash to desktop (whithout any message) after "new map" in DOM2. After experiments I've manage to load properly this map with couple of prowinces, but after I've added one more near the bottom-left corner it crashes http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon9.gif

There is a bug in the map editor that don't like dots close to the edge. Apply the 2.06 patch and it should work properly.

The patch?!?!? Where is it?
That isn't so close to the edge anyway...
