Vanaheim and sea provinces

I thought Vanaheim leaders could invade sea provinces and take troops with them. Am I mistaken?

Yes, you're mistaken. Vanheim has only one "a". Also, they can sail over sea areas, to land at land areas on the other side of a sea.
