Does it ever make sense to search for magic sites in a capital (either your own or an enemy's)?

Might not be true in some Mods... But I know none which would need sites to be searched.

According to what has been said before, it is possible to have sites hidden in capital provinces if the map scripts for it. That's the reason they don't start off listed as searched now.
