Found the problem. I am used to Emacs or other IDEs, and Notepad really isn't doing it for me. Mismatched quote marks. Sorry to bother everyone.

This popped up after I made some changes Last night, and now I can't seem to fix it. Checked my spr's, and they all look ok.... Any ideas?
