Sorry, I mean a Nation special theme I.E. Carrion Woods, Ashen Empire, Golden Era etc...

The IW website contains several modded themes already, and more are being worked on by fans.

Not currently. If it were possible to make a national theme mod, or even a mod of a national theme, Utgard Jotun would have a mod fixing it already.

Ah that's a shame. That's the modding ability that I MOST wanted. Well, what all CAN be put in one of the Mods?

I'm not so sure that Norfleet is right. I'd check with one of the other folks who's actually done some of the existing mods. And Saber Cherry is always a good source for answers, no matter the topic, as is Zen.

You could do a variation of a theme, ie something with the same dominions and effects but with completely different units, by modding the units. I'm not sure you can actually add themes as of yet though.

What do you mean by modding a theme. CHanging Abyssia into a race of trolls, and changing Ulm into a race of hobbits(both of those are on the Illwinter site) seems to go beyond themes.

Only the base theme can be modded, AFAIK.
