hy can I not recruit units thru magic site??

I just killed off Vanheim and in their main province they have 2 magic sites:

Vanhalla - Says it allows recruiting of Valkyrie & Vanadrott.

Halls of Andvare - Says it allows recruiting of Dwarven Smith and Fay Boar

But I cannot recruit them. They do not appear in Recruiting!?!?!

What do I need??

What do I need?? <font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">You need to play Vanheim. Those are the special troops of that nation, and can't be recruited by anyone else. The same can be said of most capitol only troops, with the exception of hydra hatchlings.
