Anyone know any other utilities that could be used to play around with a .tga file, besides the GIMP? Having issues with that one, so I'm looking for an alternate.

Its a file viewer but has alot of neat features including "save as" with alot of formats which means you can use any paint program you want. Even the one that came with your machine.
