Here's a weird one (Version 1.11) : After a battle, I wound up with several (3) of the enemies soldiers in my forces.

I stepped through the battle to see the spells being cast, since my Sigil pretender was involved with Astral 5 - no charms, enslave minds, etc were cast.

Machaka's Sigil pretender in a fortress, surrounded on all sides by the forces of Abyssia - the immobile Sigil teleported in, laid waste, and built a fortress. The Sigil's only help is a crusher which it had just cast.

Astral Shield, Fire Shield, Magma Eruption, and Gift from Heaven were the only spells cast by my side.

Still, after the battle - 3 badly wounded Abyssian soldiers are in my forces, like they'd retreated there.

Weird.

Certain creatures can do that in battle also. Force a unit to switch sides. If they run up and touch someone I dont think it shows on the spell list.

I mean, the Sigil can't even touch anyone, much less run up. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
