Has anyone else seen this since 2.11? Sometimes very small squads will appear as huge squares in the Troop Placement green-box-thingy, and sometimes very large ones will be so small they are difficult to spot. I thought I was seeing things but this comes up often. Playing on Windows, if that makes a difference.

Yep, that's what I noticed as well.
The size of the squad square on the Army Orders screen sometimes does not conform to the real size.

Yeah, I've seen it too. Very odd.

I've a workaround for you:
select the complete missized squad and click again on you commander. Now the squad size is correct.

I hadnt noticed it. Is it maybe an effort to show the squads with some recognition for their size (hoburgs, giants, etc) as a couple Users requested?

I believe it is a bonus bug that appeared when the army setup screen got a performance boost (it steals less cpu power now). I'll take a look at it.

It doesnt happen all the time. I havent figured out under what conditions it does happen, however.
