"Human" means in terms of game with a "new path cost" of 10 design points.

So Arch Seraph, Great Sage, both Druid, and so on...

well, i'm screwed, i start in a province with only 1 land province next to it, and it has an addition magic site, which overwrote my high temple, which means i lose my starting blood slave income, and i can't recruit the high priest of the sun.
