View Full Version : 2.11 EXE with 2.12 path?

I think I found a problem with trying to run the 2.11 Version of the program after 2.12 is installed. It looks like you can create gods that way, and continue old games, but not create any new games.

(When I try, I get a Nagot Gick Fel dialog about needing to use 2.12, and it shuts down.)

Am I right?

If you are trying to connect or you are using a game that has already been upgraded to 2.12 then the game will crash.

The easiest way is to create a seperate newlord folder for 2.11 or name games with the Version (My prefered choice) so that if you change Versions you know where you stand.

Sure, but I'm talking about simply trying to create a new 2.11 game using a pretender also created in 2.11 after 2.12 has been installed.

Does that not cause an error on yours? I'm using the Windohs Version.
