Tiny question regarding Faerun

Xcuse me, I see tons of "Faerun" games about, and posted on one of those threads but with no reply:

Is faerun a good map, and if so, where can I get it? I dont see it on Illwinter's site.

i like the map very much . with a hopefully in 2.13 included modding feature to set indeps either do castle defend or to patrol duty it will be perfect . then the feeling to be on faerun is even greater http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

Wasn't the creator going to release an updated, slightly smaller Faerun map?

Yes, the modifications are more or less complete, so there will be updated map files for the old Faerun (single province start, 4-prov quickstart and a NoSpecials Version with all the special provinces eliminated), as well as a smaller, 324-province Faerun with the same three map file varieties. I'll get around to having them posted sometime during next week. A little bit more patience will be rewarded.
