you only see population in enemy provinces with positive own dominion right ?

do you see population with the eyes of god ?

Spies (well, anything with the spy ability) should work as well.

hm so is there any possibility to see population of hostile provinces ?

the situation is the following : i and my main opponent are each in one end of the map and can't reach us directly yet . he is mictlan , me ermor lol . not happy with ermor but i thought with 1-2 of the plague spells on all of his >5k provinces i wanted to decrease his ability to bloodhunt quite a lot . that i only target twice the provinces which are still over 5k pop i need to findout though which ones that are http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon9.gif

What exactly does The Eyes of God do?

Outside your dominion, you can see:

population, income, resources and dominions (also the value of the different scale). You can also see some magic sites (I really not understand which ones), but only theyr presence and type, not the exact site.

Inside your dominione, you can also see:

the exact amount of enemies armies (also the type an name of the leader) and the name of the magic sites (still I'm not usre if you see all of them or just a part of them)

My spies do report enemy population outside my dominion, in the province they are in. My scouts might not, but my spies do.

You can also see the enemy heroes in the hall of fame. Even if they are already dead.
