Are you supposed to rotate fighters each day (like if they got beat up but not permanenetly hurt in a match)?

Or can you just keep one guy primary?

It's best to keep one guy primary, to build up enough of a record to make the playoffs. You can rotate however you like though.

The patch will more fully implement season fatigue (the current Version implements it somewhat, but not fully), so switching out fighters once in a while to "rest" them will be more of a strategy decision.

You have to be in the top 4 in points, with kills used as tiebreakers, and random selection used as a tiebreaker after that.

Now if I could only get my Gladiator's to do some killing!
