Everyone except Ermor and the water nations. Or maybe allow Atlantis.

Be sure to set the indepts to 5 or higher. Setting indepts lower than 5 is only if you want to face the AIs soon and swarming

wow really 14 nations on karan? i need to practice.

You may leave out Caelum (AI doesn't play it well) and Mictlan (AI doesn't know about blood sacr. to spread dominion, AFAIK) as well ... .
Things are much easier with 12 AI. But set indies to 7 max., or some AIs will never make it out of their home province.
