The first 2.13 patch for Linux was incorrect, it only contained files from 2.12. The new and correct patch is up now, so please redownload the patch if you downloaded it before now.
"dom2 --Version" shows the Version number.

I have a question regarding this patch.
After unzipping, I tried running it. It gave me the errormessage that some SDL library is missing. Dom2 was installed with the non-SDL .exe and the 2.12 patch worked without any problems. Is there something different with the 2.13 Version?
edit: Yes, I am starting the server with the options "--tcpserver --textonly"

There was a non-sdl linux Version for 2.02 (on the CD).
But apart from that Dominions for Linux has always
required SDL.
You should be able to see it like this:
ls -l /usr/lib/libSDL*
Dominions II wants the libSDL-1.2 Version.
It might have used the 1.1 Version previously, I dont't know.
Anyway you want SDL-1.2!
If you haven't got it you can download it from here:

Yes, there was no problem installing the correct SDL Version. I was just surprised that it required a different library then before.
