Are there any mods for SF? also what would I need to do to install these are they like SE4? is there a "Mod Picker"?

There are some..there's no need for a mod picker because you just unzip the mod into your Campaigns directory then select the mod when starting a new game.

There are a few out there already. The Battlestar Galactica mod was supposed to be pretty good.

Actually, I've got a 'rebalanced' Version of the default campaigns that I'm considering uploading. I'll have to get it together so I can post it. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif
