Full game comes tomorrow... play unmodded?

Tried the demo, but I spent too much time screwing around and technology was level 12 even before I started the campaign (had a TR CR mk III). I played on easy and it was kinda easy. What should I do, other than upgrade to 1.15? Should I play on the highest difficulty? Should I grab a mod to play the original campaigns?

Full game plays a little different than Demo, Start Lvl 1 and it seams to take longer to build up points and rank.

The 1.15 is a patch you should install it first
