Weapondefense not shown ?

I have a banelord with lightning reflexes , prophet and 1 star and a wraithsword .

The wraithsword has 3 defence but the defence shown is :
-basic defense : 14
-exp bonus : +1
-prophet : +2
-heroic ability : +2

So a total defense of 19 is shown .
With the wraithsword the total defense should though be 22 ?

And how is it with multiple weapons ( nataraja ) ?

Armors have DEF modifiers too.

All DEF bonuses are cumulative.

Isn't wraithsword 3 att 0 def ?

Like Något Gick Fel said.

Wraithsword is att 2, def 3, but the bane lord gets -1 def from full helmet and -2 def from plate hauberk, so they cancel out.

Body armor defense penalties do not affect mounted creatures, but they do affect everyone else.
