Which one is correct?

Chinese people wrote it rather differently... It DOES mean something in chinese, but IIRC it does not have any ' in it...

I am not quite sure of this, because the earlier discussion about this is very old, but I think Vicious Love either was from China or knew chinese enough to find the way Illwinter wrote Tien Chi funny.
