1. When playing a holy nation, can you build temples with a summoned unholy priest like the mound fiend?
2. When inside a hostile Miasma domain, what is the chance that a living commander without swamp survival will get sick? Does anything (magic resistance, other traits, magic items) prevent that?
3. Which regeneration bonuses stack? For example, I know for a fact that ring of regeneration and Gaea's strength do not.

Now now, why would you have a commander in Miasma domain? It's not very neighborly to invade your neighbors.

I would expect you can, since unholy nations like Ermor can build temples with holy priests. (Also, Carrion Woods Pangaea is a holy nation (hey, it has holy dryads) and can build temples with them and the carrion commanders, which are unholy.)

Regeneration stacks, but can't be used on lifeless troops unless they have the ability naturally (vampires).

Yes, I just tried it.

All items I have tried stack. The hydra skin armour, the ring of regeneration,
and The Chalice all add 10% regeneration, and stack in any combination. When
it comes to spells, the results are very weird. For example, in one battle,
I have seen Mass Regeneration stack with natural regeneration on some units,
and not on others. Gaea's strength does not seem to stack with anything.
Oh, and if your problems are with invading Miasma C'tis, I recommend teleport
takeovers, then building a lab and dropping a Wizard Tower in the province on
the very next turn, and then summoning Teleistic Animates as if they were going
out of style. You can just stick a ring of regeration on your 'Animator'. He
will get sick, but regeneration will keep him from dying too quickly. Still
cheaper than mound fiends, who cost 28 gems, and aren't particularly mobile.
