Network trouble

I've been trying to connect to a game on the mosehansen.dk server but have been unable to. I have the correct IP(which is mosehansen.dk) and the correct port #, but I am told the connection failed. The message I recieve is that maybe the site is down or my connection is down or I entered the information wrong. This is not the case. I AM behind a router, but I do have the DMZ activated so I shouldn't have any problems with ports/firewalls/etc.

Can anyone offer some help?

i just connected to clash of the titian using this shortcut(modified a dom2 shortcut)
sometimes the server is busy/down and i have waited 10 and tried later for a good connection. but it has been good lately. if this persists try contacting soapyfrog or jurri directly and see if they can help.
