Can the wish remove a horror mark or curse? If not, can this be added in the next patch?

What's that? Should I risk 100 Astral Pearls in a multiplayer game to wish for a "King of da World"?

Special Horror. It was used in a scenario in Dominions: PPP.

No. First of all, it's 'King of the World', and second, a Doom Horror is better
in every respect, at least as far as I remember.
As for whether a Doom Horror is a good investment of your astral gems, that's an
interesting discussion. I have not made my mind up yet, unless you accept
'It Depends' as an answer.

Note to self: Marignon fielding Doom Horrors next. Must stock up on elemental mages...

Adding 'Purification' to the wish list which removes any horror marks or curses sounds reasonable for 100 astral gems.

I think they were meant to be really unremovable. On the other hand, I would like to see a Wish that hands lots of curses/horror marks to your enemies... To units and commanders alike, with no mr roll! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/evil.gif

It might be amusing to have a global enchantment which randomly doled out curses and horror marks until dispelled. The end is nigh!

Hahhaha. Yeah that would rock!
Scales of Fate
Tips the scales of fate in your nation's favor. Units of enemy nations will have a chance of getting cursed/horror marked every turn. Bad events are more frequent in enemy provinces and less so in your own.
Kind of like Wrath of God, except with curses and horror marks instead of lightning bolts http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Whoa, that's actually a really cool idea. Might be a little mean with something like Astral Corruption up; more Horror attacks plus more Horror marks doesn't sound very fun.
Although it'd be cool with spells that target a Horror mark from a distance, like Manifestation and Send Horror. Yet another reason for me to wish for more modding tools.

Ironhawk: only one fault in it: I'd rather have it deal horror marks and curses to EVERYONE, not just the enemies, thus making it less adeclaration of suicide.

In a game right now, Jotunheim send four doom horrors to my
main army, and on first turn, two paralized and two charmed
to my side. One was 'Gift of Reason'd. For 400+ astral
gems he could do major damage by many ways. Bad investment!

True, Tuna, its an agressive spell. But would you honestly cast a spell that had a chance of horrormarking your own mages or cursing your own SCs? I wouldn't.

Well I don't know if there is any way he could have spent 400 astrals and beat the army that you describe ( other than wishes for blood and then converting those into troops, but that is a lot more mage turns ). But truth be told the real power of doom horrors is their mobility.
