Bush is not to blame for these taxes. The states generally are in charge of the gas taxes. In Washington state we pay the more in gas tax than most states with a recent increase of .10 cents a gallon. In WA we have to pump our own gas for an average price of $2.30 a gallon while in OR they have pump it for you at an average price of $2.10 a gallon. I buy my gas in Oregon whenever possible, its cheaper and they pump it for you. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif
