Random Magic Picks Modificators ?

Hello,

It seems that there are some modificators that make random magic picks not totally random http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/confused.gif .

For example, with Atlantis mages, the two random picks are of the same magic type. Are there any others ?

For my last game, I'm playing Pangaea and I've got a lot of pans with a blood pick, but noone with a nature pick (to have N4 ). Are there modificators for that or am I specially unlucky ?

Atlantis mages are 2? rather than ??. Other options are $ for sorcery or # for elemental magic.

OK. Got it for the 2?. And I've found a thread telling that the magic picks were pure random. Guess that for the pans I had no luck.
