I would be interested in a CGI which is the simplest possible for UPLOADING a file to a linux webserver. Such as, if I click it then it goes the full path to "C://program files/dominions 2/mygame/man.2h" and uploads it. No questions, no options, no checks and verifications.
This has the possibility of benefiting the entire Dom2 community.

I think at the minimum you'll have a dialog asking if its ok to upload... otherwise I could steal all your important files.

If you have perl5 and CGI.pm it virtually writes itself. Look here: http://www.perlfect.com/articles/upload.shtml

Gandalf there are lots of code snippets and librarys and whatnot lying around for just the purpose of file uploading via ASP/PHP. Here is one I found that seems decent and he gives some basic instructions on how to implement as well:

Yes Im a champion googler. I have many links like that also. So apparently everyone does what I do. Thanks though.
