Is it possible to adjust the Game Data\Camogame.ini to allow use of a 16MB card?

Its a Vodoo 3000 AGP running on Windows 98SE / Pentium III 600MHZ / 384MB SDRAM

It will freeze up badly. Mine does. You have more system ram than I, but I have a faster processor. My advice is get a cheap 32 or better card. I'm going to after my staff meeting monday.

You MIGHT get away with 640x480 mode, but the minimum spec is really a 32MB card.

Try 640x480 full-screen mode and see if it goes, though it may be "choppy".

640 times 480 = 307200
800 times 600 = 480000,
so it needs 1.56 times the memory (and video processing) to go to 800 mode from 640 mode as there are that many more pixels to push around.

Cheers

I've now run it on both 800 x 600 and 640 x 480 with the only problem being slow running.

I've altered the relevant .ini file and that has improved the running speed. Still not quite right there but a few more tweaks should do it..
