View Full Version : "Y" key and range adjustment oddity (bug?)

The range button in the "y" menu on is not working properly from what I can tell. I am playing scen #8 and went to manually set one of the Israeli M3/90 SPAT units to a manual input range of 1200M and it came up with 10000m setting. I repeated this several times using different ranges and it always comes up 10000m. The max range of the 90mm gun on this unit is 1750m so I am staying within this range not to cause any possible errors.

You're changing hexes here not yards or metres. 1200M is 24 hexes. Enter 24 and you will see 1200 metres appear as your range

You entered the desired range in hexes (i.e. 1200/50=24), and not as "1200" metres I take it?

1200 hexes is a LONG range http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif!
