Just finished a scenario for ATF. Its my first attempt. Its based on an Heavy-Light NTC rotation, that I OCd back in May 1987. Bried describtion of it. TF 4-21 INF (L) conducted an all night infiltration (approx 15 KM) into Death Valley to dislodge the OPFOR CSOP and create breaches for the heavies.
I uploaded to Warfare.com since, I'm not sure how to do it here. the link is http://www.warfarehq.com/archives/showthread.php?t=746
Looking for any and all comments and suggestions for improvement or for follow on scenarios.

I have just installed this. On choosing the mission I get the window seen in the attached file. What to do next?
I have tried entering a name and clicking the save button. But that will give me a new similar window, where it makes no difference clicking save or not?

That window means you are missing some file used to create the scenario.
Manchu...
What games do you have installed over ATF? Do you have any additional databases or maps installed that are custom that don't ship with ATF?

I'll have to check it out because I was in the OPFOR at Irwin at that time.
Tremble before the might of our vis-modded Sheridans!!! :)

From what I can see the scenario uses the kbDataModern database.
The scenario zip file only provides 3 of the 5 files of this database.
As far as graphics goes you may need that as well.
Just an brief observation with out running the scenario.
Additional comment:
dont forget you need to also down load:
Deltapooh's Vehicle Pack Pt 1
and
Deltapooh's Vehicle Pack Pt 2
All assumes the scenario is complete etc.

Where can we get the vehicle packs? I have tried several links in the forum, but they are all dead. :(

Hard drives have that approach to life. Crash when really needed. So you did have an image back up of the drive?
Also look at some of the KBluck scenarios if you have not down loaded them. Worth considering.

Yes - I have a backup. It is not up-todate though.
Downloaded the 73 easting scenario - I am looking forward to that :)

Been a while again - went to the Netherlands for the Nijmegen marches and went on hollyday.
Got my pc up and running again. The mission starts fine after installing the files mentioned earlier.
Yesterday evening when I wanted to play the last few minutes of the mission, I couldn't start up the pc. The power supply seems to be dead!
Wasn't much hope anyway. I had lost must of my antiarmour units, having spend all of their dragon missiles whithout destroying a single enemy vehicle :(
