How can I configure off-board arty to function as a Surface to Surface precision weapon ???

Ammo=1, ROF=1, then weapon has: high accuracy, high HE pen, high WH size, etc...

Should be easy, dunno how good it would work though.

FROG and Scud isn't exactly accurate.

Exocet is a guided anti-ship missile so a large ATGM with a big HE warhead would do.

In that thread there are some OOB's the UN one has a FROG/Scud as an objective unit. the Icons where done by PlasmaKrab

Just looking for a one-shot high explosive round - something that would crater one complete hex.

Any ideas on numbers ?

I am assuming a very high warhead value - with HE

Max HE warhead size and kill are both 255. Heavy arty (203mm +) already craters well enough and is able to destroy bridges, so you can work it up from that.
