I am playing a game on the orania map, against ulm abysia machaka and...
c'tis.
they are comps. so I know nothing about thier magic or dominion yet in almost every battle they have desert rangers!

Are you asking what you are playing against? If so, it is probably better to see yourself. It takes only few minutes to make four pretenders and test out C'tis themes. I think most, if not all, C'tissian themes have Desert Rangers.

And you should check if your living units become diseased in C'tis dominion. If they do, it is Miasma, and you should be very careful with your mages...

It is; Desert Rangers are their unique medium? infantry. Farther strat-move, lighter armor, & patrol bonus. Same 50% fire resistance.

Naresh, HI=heavy infantry

Naresh, take a look at the acronym list thread (http://www.shrapnelcommunity.com/threads/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=UBB74&Number=308474&Forum= c9&Words=acronym&Searchpage=0&Limit=40&Main=308474 &Search=true&where=bodysub&Name=&daterange=1&newer val=5&newertype=y&olderval=&oldertype=&bodyprev=#P ost308474). It has most of the commonly used acronyms in it. Some are missing, namely HI, LI, HCav and LCav for Heavy and Light Infantry and Heavy and Light Cavalry.
