Armor Values

I have a question reguarding the armor values in the OOB. Are they actual values (open source and /or WAGS) divided by 10??

Yes, the OOB value is armour value (obtained by any means incl. crystal ball:o)) in millimeters divided by 10, or you can say it is in centimeters. The armour slope is already counted in the value.
