Israel air strike selection

I'm playing Israel in 1990 and it said that I had 5 air strikes remaining and had not used any at all and when I clicked on air strikes it gave me a message saying in a blue box "please contact oob designer" just wondering what I have to do or is there something wrong with my game on this end?

Bug, already fixed for the patch as discussed elsewhere.

You have > ~22 simultaneously available planes at that point in time. The game cannot display more than that, so dies.

In the patch version, the first 22 it finds will be displayed, any surplus will however not be selectable.
