Gentlemen,
I made a prototype campaign to learn how it works.
I have several questions. Please help me.
1. Can we use aux (fixed) forces in the first scenario? It would ruin my plans if not...
2. How can I modify the deployment line? I red about key % in the map editor but it does not seem to work. I jut cannot figure it out...
3. I had a strange experience after swapping sides. At first attempt the sides were not chnanged but after I remade the (small) scen ad inserted it into the campaign again it worked fine...Has anuone experienced the same?
Thank you in advance,
Artur.

The deploy line key has been changed. It used to be the % key but now it is the ! key.

I tried the ! key without success. How do you do it exactly?

Hi Artur,
While in the editor, you must select the button "Deploy for Player1".
Then in the map screen you may deploy the AUX/FIX units of player1.
Now, if you wish to set a specific deployment zone for the player's core force (campaign) you may hit the shift + " ! " .
Now you must enter a value which represent the X vertical line that will designate the border of your deployment zone.
See the picture after I press shift+"!"

Thank you Pyros!
That was a really exact explanation! I was misled by thinking that I had to do it while editing the map. I tried in the deploy menu as well but most likely with player 2...
Now the campaign prototype works just fine http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif.

Gents,
My next problem is that I set reinforcements point in a campaign for a scenario to 1000 and when I arrive to that scenario the program gives less points less than 600 or so...
Why, what am I doing wrong this time?
Artur.

Artur,
If you like to set fix replacement points (either for your core force or for aux support) you should put the minus sign "-" before the value you wish to set.
For example if you wish 1,000 points, try to put -1,000 and see what happens. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif
