50 cals and such

Can 50 cals not take out halftracks(btr 152) in SPMBT
been blazing away at one hex and I get 0 pen arm 2@0
same goes for my 37mmAA guns..
or am I just experienceing bad luck?

Add to that M3 HTs. In an AIW scen that I played recently a M3 took hits from 50 cal, zooks, and even a PZIV without going down.
ISTR armour is 7-8mm yet the game gives it IIRC 22 in front.

So at 4 hexes you get 1 inch of pen ( maybe ) and at the equivalent of 13 hexes you would get 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch therefore a 1 would defeat the round in most cases
