Is there a map location code for the UK?

No.

There is an entire block of code that selects UK BAOR locations if fighting the USSR/Pact etc and tweaks existing map names and base data. None that reflects the UK mainland itself.

Try any of the locations and/or customise one with the map change function to see which one fits your particular required bit of the UK, and/or roll one up as a custom map in the editor.
