West German LARS MINE not showing in bombard menu

Hi; Set up a game, WG vs France July 2005 and I, as WG, purchased some LARS MINE sections. When I went to target them in turn 1 they did not show in the bombard menu but they do under my HQ button. So I set up a test game and only purchased a section of LARS MINE and sure enough they didn't show up.

Anyone else have this problem?
