Turn Timer Needed

Some people take waaaayyyy too long for turns. Please add an adjustable timer for turns.

(Our game just got ended when the server apparently had a hiccup; it's back on, but it choked right when I hit "end turn" after that huge paratroop launch...)

Timed turns would be nice - adding an extra element of skill to the game as well as reducing the total time spent. 3hr games of LoL are hard to predict, but when they happen it's a real pain.
