TSATC: Plating Red

I'm at work so I can't check it out empirically (silly work rules). Chapter 3 speaks to playing Red forces in single play. Does this apply to only the Arab scenarios and home brewed ones? If not, how do you switch sides?

To play as red in single player you must either play the scenarios provided with the game or go HERE (http://www.prosimco.com/atf/tutorial/38_flip.htm) and follow the tutorial to create your own "red" scenarios from the regular ones provided.
