A Force Value question

Is there any "shortcut" to get the Force Value of your side's force, easily? It seems that there are two methods:
1) Adding the costs units manually (and using the unit information screen and/or encyclopedia to find individual unit costs),
or
2) Loading the scenario to the editor and getting the info from the "Buy" screen.

Is there any other way?
